We sincerely apologize for any dissatisfaction with our product and we appreciate your patience as we strive for your satisfaction. Our return policy aligns with Sunnah principles, accepting returns for unsatisfactory perfumes within 7 days of delivery. Processing may take 4-5 working days, and returns apply to 30 ML and 50ML bottles with at least 90% product remaining. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate returns for testers and perfumes purchased on sale.
Returns on the bases of disliking of scent profile:
Once a fragrance is shipped, we can’t ensure it hasn’t been used or tampered with, preventing resale. We uphold the quality of our ingredients but, due to subjective scent preferences, we can’t exchange or refund disliked fragrances. Consider reselling on platforms like Facebook fragrance groups for a potential market.
